Three Ladies

By John Greiner

The three ladies stand straight knowing that ladies who sit stiffly, legs planted firmly to the floor are not ladies ready to find fulfillment, but are rather nothing more than women who hope that the day’s desire will walk their way, and lend them a hand, pull them to their feet, push breath from their bodies, and offer a meal to be put on the tab of the dry corpse.
