George Bishop was born in Philadelphia, lived on the Jersey Shore and attended Rutgers University where he studied English/Creative Writing. He relocated to Florida in 1985 where he now writes and works. Recent work has appeared in White Pelican Review, Prick of the Spindle and is forthcoming in SOFTBLOW and Boston Poetry Magazine.
