Sandra Gail Teichmann-Hillesheim’s books include Slow Mud, Killing Daddy, and Woman of the Plains. She is also a playwright with Mockernut Street, Corinne, and Not Laughing recently staged. When not writing, she’s painting or riding the train or teaching at West Texas A&M University where she is professor of literature, theory, and creative writing.
